Internship Program: Cultivating Industry-Ready Talent

Recognizing gaps in technology and data analytics talent, EGG Digital launched its internship program with the concept “Our People Is Our Core Asset” to serve as a talent development platform for data science and AI in Thailand. The company collaborates with leading universities nationwide to help students build technical skills and essential soft skills for data scientists in the digital era, offering real-world experience comparable to working as EGG Digital employees.

The program has been running since 2023, building a quality workforce for the industry and attracting young talent to grow with the company. Each year, EGG Digital signs MOUs with universities, conducts roadshows where data experts share knowledge and teach AI skills to students, and recruits students to join its internship program—designed as real-work training over four to ten months. Interns work on actual client projects, plan alongside senior mentors, and practice using modern tools and technologies. Upon completion, outstanding interns may receive job offers at EGG Digital.

Program Results:

  • 2024: More than 400 students applied; 14 were accepted (9 tech, 5 non-tech). Six were hired: 5 tech positions (56%) and 1 non-tech position (20%).
  • 2025: More than 500 students applied; 42 were accepted (14 tech, 28 non-tech). Four were hired: 4 tech positions (29%).
